My vehicle, a Malibu RS 2024, apparently had a sensor problem. The car would not drive over 35 mph. I had 2 chevy dealers check it and it worked temporarily. I was a returning customer, and I have to say it was a stress-free transaction. Michael Gonzalez was very personable and professional. I explained that I did not have a lot of time ant I wanted to trade in my truck. I left with a Traverse approximately three hours later. We’ve been looking at a new suv for a few months. We went in and saw Michael Gonzales and Dameon. They were both very helpful and got us a great deal in our vehicle. Due to the weather we knew not all of the dealership would be open, and they allowed us to bring the vehicle back when it was concurrent for us to get it detailed. As stressful as car buying can be, they kept it light, fun and easy. They made sure we got what we wanted and didn’t push anything extra.

I drove from North Carolina to Oklahoma and found my charge air cooler coolant reservoir low. I feared a leak on my duramax. This dealerships service department was kind enough to fit me in on a busy Saturday and make sure my truck was safe to drive home. They filled my fluids and even washed my truck.
