I dealt with so many car dealerships on my hunt for a car. The team at Classic Chevrolet of Denison were transparent and straight forward. The offered me a fair amount on my trade, got me a good rate, and answered all my questions along the way. Truly a stand up group with Kenneth, David and Zach all happy to answer my questions and provide detailed answers. There was no pushiness or bait and switch tactics that I experienced at other dealerships in the DFW metroplex. I cannot recommend them enough.

Purchased my 2024 Trax in Dec 2023 when I was living in NH. I recently relocated to TX and was due for maintenance and after traveling for 3 days with 2 animals also needed a thorough cleaning. Classic Chevrolet is the closest dealership to me so I called and EVERYONE was so nice and helpful from the moment I made contact and all the way through my service. Special shout out to Michael Little for taking such good care of me - called him Monday, car was serviced today (Tuesday), the amazing woman who works in service who came to pick me up (sorry I didnt get her name) and an enormous THANK YOU to the detailer for the incredible job that was done. My car looked and smelled like the day I drove it off the lot - they even got the dog hair out which I was not even expecting because I KNOW thats difficult!!! ! Im so happy, thankful and will return for all my service needs and cant wait to work with them when Im ready to upgrade :)

Excellent customer service. Best of all - free car wash! Steve Jones is the best Service Manager. He has amassed a great team at his new location. UK handles foreign and came out to meet me and explain the inspection on my Honda while it was in for an oil change. UK gave me options and an approach. I'll be going back. And they handle most foreigns. Good for all of us!

I started my buying experience with my sales person Tyler by phone, I was in the market for a Caddilac and had gotten pretty interested in one vehicle but not sold on it, Tyler sent me a video and comparisons on the two different vehicles, He found the exact vehicle for me and what I was looking for . He and the staff at the dealership was a pleasure to work with. I put my total trust in Tyler's experience and drove 424 miles one way to buy from this dealership and from a salesman that was awesome. On a 1 to 10 experience, I rate it at a 10. Thank you Tyler I absolutely love the caddy you found for me. My vehicle was Detailed, full of gas and everyone in the process was totally efficient.

We were passing through Denison, TX headed home to NW AR, when my 2017 Silverado 2500 HD w/ Duramax decided to go into limp mode. Since it was a Sunday evening, we stayed at a hotel only about a mile from this dealership. From the hotel the next morning, I called the dealership and was connected with Doug. After describing our dilemma, he assured me that they would work it in and would do everything possible to get us going ASAP. We "limped" to the dealership and was greeted by Doug and Billy quickly checked it in and took it back to the Service Bays where Tanner got right on it. Everyone there was not only professional, but they were genuinely concerned and very helpful. They came back with a diagnosis of failed fuel pressure sensor, along with a lot of other codes. Tanner felt confident that the other codes were thrown as a result of the pressure sensor failure. At lunch time, they offered to take us to get lunch. Jeri took us to IHOP and after enjoying a relaxing lunch, she came back and picked us up. The truck was ready within another hour and we were on our way. The truck has been operating properly since. I would greatly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for good old-fashioned, but top of the line professional service on their vehicle. We both wish we were closer to this dealership. We will very much consider buying our next vehicle here, thanks to the genuine care the Service Department provided. My sales representative Robert (“Blaze”) was thorough, never pushy, and made sure I knew all of my options before selecting a car. He knew the product inside and out and made my choice easy at the end of the day. Zach Lovelace, the general sales manager, and Billy Beecher, new car manager, were more than fair with my trade and made the financing process easy. I would suggest Classic to anyone looking for a fair deal in a low-pressure environment at a store that values fairness and customer service.
